So, after all of my journeying this summer across the US, it seems I have landed myself here in Michigan of all places, lol. I cannot complain. The weather is amazing at a 75 degree average with lots of sun and nice windy breezes. The weather is a godsend. Of course, it did come at a price. (Lesson #1: Never go through 7 flights less than a week through 3 totally different climates. Your sinuses up and die.) Of course sinuses are the least of my problems now, lol. Now it is crazy residents as I work for Residential Life and Housing on a college campus as an intern.

I have to say, even through all the excitement, it's been about 6-7 weeks and I really miss my family and friends. My little nephew Noah the most porbably. I was home for like only a week and the little stinker grew on me. My sister says he's talking a bit mor now and it walking all aroudn the house. He just turned 1 and personally I think he is doing pretty awesome. Mom and Dad have had to cut back on the cursing, lol. You'd think your parents had gone nutty randomly yelling duck all the time. XD

As for the experience during my internship so far, there have been many new experiences. Lots of new foods, seen new places, doing new things I might not have normally done, although I still haven't gotten to cross skydiving off my list. I still need someone with enough balls to do it with me. Otherwise I won't have anyone to remember the experience with. It's not about what you do, it's about who you do it with that makes the experiences. Lol, no dirty pun intended. I swear. Of course I guess it applies in that sense too.

Well I'm out for the night. Shower and catch up on my reading. Currently on Laurel K. Hamilton's Anita Blake series. The book I'm on is "Blue Moon". It's an interesting series and I'm definitely hooked.
